My name is Chaitanya Arya and I am a relative of Aarti Pardeshi, aged 23, residing in Pune and are associated with ISKCON, Pune. Aarti met with a severe accident and is currently undergoing treatment at Bharati hospital, Pune. Aarti has suffered a number of serious injuries, including an L1 'Burst Fracture' with retropulsion, a right-side comminuted talus fracture with ankle joint sub-talan joint subluxation, a left 5th metatarsal base fracture, and a distal fibula end fracture. Her condition is critical, and she requires immediate medical attention.
After consulting with the doctors, it has been determined that Aarti needs a surgical procedure, which includes a D11 to L3 spinal fusion with open reduction and internal fixation using Herbert screws for the talus. The estimated cost for the entire treatment, including the necessary implants, amounts to approximately 8 lakhs with implant charges of Rs. 120000 plus taxes.
Aarti belongs to a poor financial family with a mother and sister. They are unable to afford the cost of her treatment, and she is at risk of going without the necessary medical care.
I have enclosed herein the necessary medical documents and reports, along with an estimate from Bharati hospital outlining the expected costs.
I am therefore humbly appealing to everyone here to please help provide financial support to Aarti and her family to cover the cost of her treatment. Any amount, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.

At home, we have appointed physiotherapists, for regular physiotherapy and exercise. She is struggling to power up her waist and thighs. She's unable to sit and walk.
We are very very grateful to all the kind donors and will forever remain indebted to all of you.

She's still struggling to power up her legs, waist and hands. She's unable to sit and walk. She has high level of migraine too. So from tomorrow her migraine treatment will start. VaishnavaCart108® utilizes Razorpay, a user-friendly and streamlined platform, to process donations. Razorpay imposes a standard transaction fee of 2.5% on each donation. For instance, if a total of ₹1,00,000 is donated, Razorpay deducts ₹2,500, resulting in ₹97,500 being credited to our account.
Apart from the Razorpay transaction fee, we also bear other overhead expenses, including website domain and hosting charges, CA (Chartered Accountant) fees, and other relevant costs. Consequently, to account for these essential expenditures and ensure the smooth functioning of our campaigns, we typically apply a deduction ranging from 1.5% to 2% per campaign.
If the beneficiary is not able to submit the bills for the entire amount collected in a particular campaign due to which some amount remains with us, then VaishnavaCart108® will utilize it for future campaigns.
