Hare Krsna,
My name is Dhruvisha Solia, and I am raising funds for my father, Mr. Girish Solia, who has been suffering from a serious and progressive spinal condition for several years. He has already undergone two major spinal surgeries, with surgical intervention extending from L2 to S1. Despite these surgeries, he continues to experience persistent and severe back pain, stiffness, and difficulty in movement, which has significantly affected his quality of life and daily functioning.

Recent diagnostic imaging shows advanced degeneration in his lumbar spine, including near-complete loss of disc height at L4–L5, degenerative disc disease at L3–L4, and multiple bone spurs from L2 to L5. There are also signs of early spinal ankylosis and alignment issues likely caused by chronic muscle spasm. Post-surgical hardware is present in the spine, indicating the complexity of his medical history. These findings explain the continuous pain, reduced mobility, and discomfort he endures every day.

Because of the severity of his condition and the history of multiple surgeries, my father now requires ongoing orthopedic and spine specialist care, regular investigations, pain management, rehabilitation, and long-term physiotherapy. There is also a possibility of further medical or surgical intervention in the future. The cost of continued treatment, hospital visits, diagnostic tests, medicines, and rehabilitation has placed an enormous financial strain on our family.

I am reaching out with a humble request for support during this difficult time. Your contribution will help us manage my father’s medical expenses and ensure he receives the care he needs to live with dignity and reduced pain. Any amount, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to donate, we kindly request you to share this appeal and keep my father in your thoughts and prayers. Thank you sincerely for your kindness, compassion, and support. 🙏

With gratitude and respect,
Dhruvisha

VaishnavaCare108 Foundation is a platform to help people in general, who are in need of financial help due to medical grounds.

VaishnavaCart108® is the registered trademark of VaishnavaCare108 Foundation.
VaishnavaCare108 Foundation hereinafter will also be referred to as VaishnavaCart108®.

1. To provide financial support to the needy for fulfilling their medical well-being.
2. To provide support and care to animals in terms of food, shelter, and medicine, especially cows.
3. To provide financial support, maintenance and development of holy places and goshalas.

Any vaishnava/person who has been referred to by a good-standing authority who is in need of financial assistance due to medical reasons.

Yes

Remittance snapshot from the payment gateway to the beneficiary of a particular campaign will be posted whenever they are done and you will see those details inside that campaign itself.

VaishnavaCart108® utilizes Razorpay, a user-friendly and streamlined platform, to process donations. Razorpay imposes a standard transaction fee of 2.5% on each donation. For instance, if a total of ₹1,00,000 is donated, Razorpay deducts ₹2,500, resulting in ₹97,500 being credited to our account.

Apart from the Razorpay transaction fee, we also bear other overhead expenses, including website domain and hosting charges, CA (Chartered Accountant) fees, and other relevant costs. Consequently, to account for these essential expenditures and ensure the smooth functioning of our campaigns, we typically apply a deduction ranging from 1.5% to 2% per campaign.

If the beneficiary is not able to submit the bills for the entire amount collected in a particular campaign due to which some amount remains with us, then VaishnavaCart108® will utilize it for future campaigns.

Absolutely not
The directors and volunteers working for VaishnavaCart108® do not receive any salary from the campaign funds. Instead, they provide their services voluntarily as an act of devotion. The campaign money is solely allocated to the intended beneficiaries, however a small percentage of the campaign money (1.5-2%) is deducted towards covering overhead expenses (Website & Domain maintenance charges, Chartered Accountant fees, and any other miscellaneous charges which may arise from time to time) and Payment gateway fees.

With every donation made, we send an acknowledgment mail from admin@vc108.org almost immediately. If you do not receive it, then please do check your spam folder and if you find it there then pls unspam it. If you find it missing in spam and your inbox as well, ping us at the below numbers and we will look into it.

NB: Only condition is your email would need to be free of typo 😊

50% Limited to 10% of income of the Assessee.

We usually post only two campaigns a month. This is because our campaigns are shared exclusively within our own WhatsApp community, and we do not seek support from outside sources in most cases. The devotees who contribute to these campaigns also have their own personal and other charitable commitments. Posting campaigns too frequently may put pressure on them, and over time, this could reduce the incoming donations.

Therefore, we humbly request your understanding and patience until your campaign is scheduled for posting.
If you would like the campaign url in advance for your own circulation, we will be very happy to prepare and share them with you, which you must have also noticed as an option in the campaign posting option field while submitting campaign request. However, the official posting from our side will be done only when it is due, keeping the above considerations in mind.

We truly appreciate your cooperation and support. 🙏

To ensure legal compliance, transparency, and protection for both donors and beneficiaries, contributions are collected through a registered charitable organisation rather than being transferred directly to an individual’s bank account.
Under the Income-tax Act, 1961, money received by an individual from non-relatives without consideration may be treated as taxable income under Section 56(2)(x) if the total amount exceeds ₹50,000 in a financial year. In medical emergencies, multiple well-wishers often contribute, and such receipts in a personal account can unintentionally create significant tax liability for the patient or their family.
When donations are routed through a registered NGO:
The funds are treated as charitable receipts of the organisation, not personal income of the patient.
Registered charitable entities (with valid registration under Section 12AB) can claim exemption on income applied for charitable purposes under Sections 11 and 12 of the Act.
This structure ensures proper documentation, audit trail, and utilisation of funds strictly for the stated medical purpose.
It prevents future scrutiny or disputes regarding the nature of receipts in the beneficiary’s personal tax records.
Where applicable, donors may also be eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G.
This approach safeguards the patient from unexpected tax exposure and ensures that all support reaches the intended medical use in a compliant and transparent manner.
