Help for Nitai Lila Prabhu

Dhruvahari Prabhu and Srikirti Mataji have lovingly served thousands of devotees who visited KEM Hospital for treatment. I have personally witnessed their selfless service for over 20 years during my time at KEM Hospital.
Their son, Nitai Lila Das, underwent a kidney transplant 13 years ago (July 2012), at the age of just 17, after both his kidneys failed. His mother, with immense love, donated her own kidney to save his life. The transplant and medical expenses were managed through their provident fund savings and loans. Since then, Nitai Lila Das has been on immunosuppressant medication for nearly 13 years.
Six months ago, Nitai Lila Das married Roshila Mataji. Unfortunately, last month, he began showing symptoms of kidney rejection — his only transplanted kidney is now failing. He urgently needs to undergo plasmapheresis, a life-saving procedure to remove harmful substances from his blood that are damaging the donated kidney.
Dhruvahari Prabhu retired in 2019 and now lives with his wife in a small village near Satara, Maharashtra. They survive on a modest pension and small-scale farming.
This devotee couple, who dedicated the best years of their lives in selfless Vaishnava seva, now needs our help.
I humbly request all Vaishnavas and Vaishnavis to kindly come forward and support this family in their time of great need.
Your servant,
Satsvarupa Das (Dr. Sunil Kuyare)

Apart from the Razorpay transaction fee, we also bear other overhead expenses, including website domain and hosting charges, CA (Chartered Accountant) fees, and other relevant costs. Consequently, to account for these essential expenditures and ensure the smooth functioning of our campaigns, we typically apply a deduction ranging from 1.5% to 2% per campaign.
If the beneficiary is not able to submit the bills for the entire amount collected in a particular campaign due to which some amount remains with us, then VaishnavaCart108® will utilize it for future campaigns.
The directors and volunteers working for VaishnavaCart108® do not receive any salary from the campaign funds. Instead, they provide their services voluntarily as an act of devotion. The campaign money is solely allocated to the intended beneficiaries, however a small percentage of the campaign money (1.5-2%) is deducted towards covering overhead expenses (Website & Domain maintenance charges, Chartered Accountant fees, and any other miscellaneous charges which may arise from time to time) and Payment gateway fees.
