Terms of Campaign

1. I/We acknowledge that the details of myself (Campaign Requestor) and the Beneficiary given is true to the best of my knowledge.

2. Either the Campaign Requestor or Beneficiary is liable to submit the correct account details of the beneficiary or vendor and submit bills/receipt/proforma invoice/estimate certificate from the campaign's bill section, without which the transfer of funds will not happen.

3. We (Campaign Requestor and Beneficiary) do not hold VaishnavaCart108® responsible, if any discrepancy arises in future of the above given details.

4. We (Campaign Requestor and Beneficiary) also authorize VaishnavaCart108® to publish the campaign requestor and the beneficiary's details [such as photo and other details as submitted in the campaign request] on VaishnavaCart108®'s website and their other social media handles [like WhatsApp, Facebook. etc].

5. We understand that this campaign will be live for approximately 7-10 days on this website, after which the donations received will be transferred to the beneficiary on submission of medical bills or any other such documents, as the case may be. We also understand that the donation will be deducted of its Razorpay fees and the overhead expenses before disbursement. We will read the FAQ's for more clarity on this point. We also understand that if the Beneficiary/Campaign Requestor is not able to submit the bills for the entire disbursable amount collected in a particular campaign due to which some amount remains with VaishnavaCart108®, then it will utilized for future campaigns.
